LORI COUGHLIN

Lori Coughlin is a Texas-based writer and the Executive Director of Parker County Theatre Company. She has a knack for creating rich, deep characters you just want to stay with for a while. An avid playwright, Lori has had a handful of her work produced in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, including DIME STORE DINOS (Texas Wesleyan University Playmarket finalist, 2023), SILENT HERO, MOONLIT DREAM, PSYCHIC SIDEKICK (Theatre Off the Square's New Works Winner, 2022), EL DORADO (Theatre Off the Square's New Works Finalist, 2023), HOME ON THE RANGE: TALES AND TUNES OF THE OLD WEST (musical), as well as adaptations of Edgar Allen Poe's TELL-TALE HEART, Lewis Carroll's ALICE'S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND and Edgar Lee Masters' SPOON RIVER ANTHOLOGY. Her screenplay, STOLEN VALOR, is her first foray into the world of screenwriting.
